We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of ₹100 for orders below ₹500. Shipping is free for orders above ₹500.
We only ship within India and do not currently offer international shipping.
Most orders ship within a week, but delivery times may vary.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
In the case of lost or damaged orders, we will send a replacement.
If a shipment is delayed beyond a reasonable amount of time, we may offer compensation on a case-by-case basis.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (food items and healthcare-related), we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If there is an issue with the order, customers can contact us within two weeks of receiving the order. If we determine that there is a problem with the order, we will send a replacement.
